What goes out to the client on its own
In the “Client notifications” settings, auto-sending is configured separately for each event: booking reminder, new booking, confirmation, cancellation, change. Turn it on — and from then on the pro doesn’t have to remember who to message today with “don’t forget about tomorrow”: the message goes to the client by itself, at the moment the event happens.
A free channel and a paid safety net
Auto-sending to the Telegram bot is free for clients who have connected it — the message and the booking card arrive right in the chat. Duplicating to email is free too, for those who left an email when booking. Paid SMS remain a safety net for clients who can’t be reached any other way: one automatic SMS costs ₽10 and is deducted from the auto-notification balance, which the pro tops up themselves — the costs are visible right away, not discovered after the fact at the end of the month.
