DIKIDI alternatives in 2026: 6 online booking services

Screenshots show the Russian-language interface.

DIKIDI has a permanent free plan, so people don’t look for an alternative because of the price of entry. The reasons are different: you want another booking interface for clients, you need features that DIKIDI keeps on paid plans, or your work is set up differently — for example, you run consultations by video. The alternatives to DIKIDI are Talenza, YCLIENTS, Sonline, Rubitime, Sayly and Planerka. Below is what each one has and how it differs from DIKIDI. The terms were checked against the services’ official websites on October 5, 2026; prices change, so confirm the current ones before paying.

Talenza is our product, which is why it’s first in the list. We write about competitors only what is visible on their websites and note where they’re stronger. The services below are mostly Russian-market products priced in rubles.

What DIKIDI gives for free and where the paid part starts

Before comparing, it helps to know what you get from DIKIDI for free. The basic plan includes online booking through all available channels, an electronic appointment book, booking analytics, a client base with visit history, chat with clients and staff, push reminders about a visit, online tips and a mobile app for iOS and Android. The number of employees is unlimited.

Paid plans add features: LITE — sales, payroll, finance, client return rate and manual sending of notifications; PRO — bonuses, products and gift certificates; VIP — a personal manager and VIP status in the catalog. For a solo specialist they cost from ₽250, ₽450 and ₽1,500 a month, for a company from ₽590, ₽900 and ₽2,500. According to the DIKIDI Business channel, “Free Slots” is also on paid plans. If you don’t need these, the basic plan may be enough, and there’s no reason to switch.

The lowest paid plan; for Rubitime, Sayly and YCLIENTS the price is for yearly payment. Details are in the sections below.

1. Talenza

Talenza is built for a solo pro and a small studio and, like DIKIDI, is free with no time limit. Inside are online booking through a personal link, a schedule, client cards, a portfolio of work and a catalog of typical services with the duration filled in. Reminders go through a Telegram bot and by email for free; only SMS is paid, charged from a prepaid balance per message sent. There’s an Android app in RuStore, and on iPhone Talenza works in the browser.

The difference from DIKIDI is a bet on simplicity: fewer sections and settings, with the emphasis on your own booking link rather than a catalog. In return there’s no sales, payroll or finance tracking — the free DIKIDI doesn’t have them either. There’s no automatic data import; services and schedule are set up again. Manual sending of notifications, certificates, discounts and “Free Slots”, which DIKIDI keeps on paid plans, are free with us. For details, see DIKIDI or Talenza.

2. YCLIENTS

YCLIENTS is the best-known CRM for beauty salons, built for a business with staff: inventory, payroll, loyalty programs, and management of chains and branches. There’s no free plan, only 7 days with no card required; licenses cost from ₽1,600 a month when paying yearly, and the price depends on the number of employees. For a single pro it’s usually more tool than needed — see What to replace YCLIENTS with. But if you’ve outgrown the free DIKIDI into a full salon, YCLIENTS is a logical next step.

3. Sonline

Sonline (“Salons Online”) is software for the beauty business: online booking, inventory, payroll, finance, more than 200 modules. For one pro there’s the “Master” plan at ₽7,650 for 12 months (with three more months free on first connection), and for a studio of up to five specialists, “Business” at ₽9,600 a year. The loyalty program, prepayment, an online cash register and a custom mobile app are connected as separate paid modules. Unlike DIKIDI, there’s no permanent free plan here.

4. Rubitime

Rubitime suits a wide range of services: salons, medicine, car businesses, saunas, photo studios. The first 7 days are available without restrictions. Start costs ₽590 a month when paying for 12 months (1 branch, up to 3 employees and 5 services), Standard — ₽900 (prepayment, API, 10 services). Notifications in Telegram, WhatsApp, SMS and by email are connected as extra services or through third-party services and are not included in the plan — in the free DIKIDI, push reminders to clients are already there.

5. Sayly

Sayly is a booking page, a schedule, a widget for a personal website and integrations with calendars and video meetings (Telemost, Zoom, Google Meet). Up to 15 meetings a month are free. PRO at ₽400 a month on yearly payment removes the limit, opens group events and Telegram notifications and removes Sayly’s ad from the booking page. The service is aimed at consultants and teachers; a salon appointment book and client visit history aren’t mentioned on the pricing page, so check that before paying.

6. Planerka

Planerka makes online booking for experts: a calendar, payment, video meetings, reminders and a client base. Up to 20 meetings a month are free forever, with Telegram notifications and reminders by email and in Telegram. The ₽1,200-a-month subscription (₽1,000 when paying yearly) removes the limit and adds group meetings, a short page address and CSV export; there’s also a one-time “lifetime” plan for ₽28,000.

How to choose

  • DIKIDI works for you, but you want something simpler. Try Talenza: also free, with a different interface and reminders through a Telegram bot.
  • DIKIDI is no longer enough in features. Compare DIKIDI’s paid plans (LITE and PRO) with Sonline, Rubitime and YCLIENTS: some features can be had without changing the service.
  • You run consultations and video meetings. Sayly and Planerka with a free start fit.
  • You need a catalog for new clients. This is DIKIDI’s strong side: it has a catalog, and the VIP plan gives status in it.
