YCLIENTS alternatives in 2026: 6 online booking services

Screenshots show the Russian-language interface.
The alternatives to YCLIENTS for a solo pro or a small studio are Talenza, DIKIDI, Sonline, Rubitime, Sayly and Planerka. If all you need is booking, reminders and a client base, you can start for free with Talenza and DIKIDI, while YCLIENTS, with its inventory, payroll and chain management, becomes overkill and paid after a week-long trial. Below are six services and what each has and lacks. The terms were checked against the services’ official websites on October 5, 2026; prices change, so confirm the current ones before paying.
A caveat up front: Talenza is our product, which is why it’s first in the list. We tried to write about competitors only what is visible on their websites and to say honestly where they’re stronger. The services below are mostly Russian-market products priced in rubles.

| Service | Free | Paid | For |

| DIKIDI | Yes, no time limit | from ₽250/mo | Pro to salon |

The lowest paid plan (for DIKIDI, the solo specialist one); for Rubitime, Sayly and YCLIENTS the price is for yearly payment. Details are in the sections below.
1. Talenza
Talenza is built for a solo pro and a small studio. The basic plan is free with no time limit: online booking through a personal link, a schedule, client cards with visit history, a portfolio of work and a catalog of typical services where the name and duration are filled in automatically. Reminders go to clients through a Telegram bot and by email for free; only SMS is paid, charged from a prepaid balance per message sent. It works in the browser on any device, and there’s an Android app in RuStore.
Discounts and gift certificates are free too, while at YCLIENTS they all sit inside a paid license. What’s missing: inventory, payroll, an online cash register and chain management. There’s no automatic client import from other services either — services and schedule are set up again, which takes about five minutes. For a detailed comparison, see What to replace YCLIENTS with.
2. DIKIDI
DIKIDI is the closest alternative in spirit: it also has a permanent free plan. The free set includes online booking, an electronic appointment book, booking analytics, a client base, chat with clients and staff, push reminders to clients and a mobile app for iOS and Android, with an unlimited number of employees. Sales, payroll, finance and manual sending of notifications open up on paid plans: LITE from ₽250 a month for a solo specialist and from ₽590 for a company, PRO from ₽450 and from ₽900 (bonuses, products, gift certificates), VIP from ₽1,500 and from ₽2,500. For the differences, see DIKIDI or Talenza.
3. Sonline
Sonline (“Salons Online”) is software for the beauty business: online booking, inventory, payroll, finance, more than 200 modules. For one pro there’s the “Master” plan at ₽7,650 for 12 months (with three more months free on first connection), and for a studio of up to five specialists, “Business” at ₽9,600 a year. The loyalty program, prepayment, an online cash register and a custom mobile app are connected as separate paid modules. If you need salon-level functionality but don’t want to pay for YCLIENTS, this is one of the direct candidates.
4. Rubitime
Rubitime is a universal booking service: salons, medicine, car businesses, saunas, photo studios. The first 7 days are available without restrictions. The Start plan costs ₽590 a month when paying for 12 months (1 branch, up to 3 employees and 5 services), Standard — ₽900 (prepayment, API, 10 services). Notifications in Telegram, WhatsApp, SMS and by email are connected as extra services or through third-party services and are not included in the plan price — worth counting in.
5. Sayly
Sayly is closer to a meeting calendar than to a salon CRM: a booking page, a schedule, a widget for a personal website, and integrations with calendars and video meetings (Telemost, Zoom, Google Meet). The free plan is limited to 15 meetings a month; PRO at ₽400 a month on yearly payment removes the limit, opens group events and Telegram notifications and removes Sayly’s ad from the booking page. The emphasis is on booking and the schedule: a salon appointment book and client visit history aren’t mentioned on the pricing page, so check that before paying. A consultant or a teacher will most likely be fine.
6. Planerka
Planerka makes online booking for experts: psychologists, mentors, coaches, tutors. Up to 20 meetings a month are free forever, with Telegram notifications and reminders by email and in Telegram. The ₽1,200-a-month subscription (₽1,000 when paying yearly) removes the limit and adds group meetings, a short page address and CSV export; there’s also a one-time “lifetime” plan for ₽28,000. The service is first of all about meetings and paying for consultations, not about a salon appointment book.
How to choose
- One pro or a small studio that needs booking, reminders and a client base. Start with the free Talenza and DIKIDI: compare the client booking interface and notification channels. Neither requires paying until you’re sure you need online booking.
- You need inventory, payroll and salon accounting, but not YCLIENTS prices. Look at Sonline and Rubitime, and count DIKIDI together with its paid plans.
- You’re an expert and clients come to a video meeting. Sayly and Planerka with a free start fit.
- Several employees, branches, an online cash register, chain management. This is where YCLIENTS earns its price: most of its features are built for exactly this kind of business.

Frequently asked questions
Which YCLIENTS alternatives are free?
Talenza and DIKIDI have a permanent free plan. Sayly and Planerka let you start for free but with a limit: 15 and 20 meetings a month. YCLIENTS, Rubitime and Sonline have no free plan, only a trial period.
What should a solo pro use instead of YCLIENTS?
If you need booking, reminders and a client base without inventory, payroll and a chain of branches, Talenza or DIKIDI fit. If you run consultations and video meetings rather than seeing clients in a chair, look at Sayly and Planerka.
Can clients be transferred from YCLIENTS automatically?
Talenza has no automatic import: services and schedule are set up again (about 5 minutes), and clients are added by hand as bookings come in. Check transfer terms for other services with the services themselves.
When is YCLIENTS still better than the alternatives?
When it’s no longer a solo pro but a business: several employees and branches, inventory, payroll, an online cash register and chain management. A single pro doesn’t need most of this.
