DIKIDI or Talenza: what should a solo pro choose

DIKIDI is one of the most recognizable online booking services in Russia and the CIS, and, like Talenza, it has a permanent free plan. That means the comparison here isn’t about “free versus paid” — you can try both without paying anything. The difference is elsewhere: what each service bets on.

If an inflow of new clients matters to you
DIKIDI Online is a public catalog of pros with ratings, where someone who hasn’t heard of you before can find you. Talenza has no such marketplace — we bet that you already bring in clients yourself (social media, word of mouth, advertising), and the booking system should not get in the way of that process but make it more convenient. If a public catalog with ratings is a real acquisition channel for you — that’s an honest argument in favor of DIKIDI.
If you already work with your own base
If you find new clients yourself and expect the booking system not to get under your feet, the difference shifts to details. In Talenza that’s a public booking page in three steps with no password for a returning client, free reminders through the Telegram bot in addition to SMS, a portfolio of your work right in the app, and search across services and clients, including the text of notes.
What is paid at DIKIDI and free with us
DIKIDI’s free plan covers booking, the appointment book, a client base and reminders. Some features open up on paid plans: for a solo specialist LITE costs from ₽250 a month and PRO from ₽450; for a company, from ₽590 and ₽900. The terms were checked against DIKIDI’s website and its DIKIDI Business channel on October 6, 2026; prices change, so confirm them before paying. Here is what of this is free in Talenza:
| Feature | At DIKIDI | In Talenza |
|---|---|---|
| Manual sending of notifications | LITE, from ₽250/mo | Free: the app fills your template with the booking details, and you just send it to the client |
| Gift certificates | PRO, from ₽450/mo | Free: face value, code, balance and expiry date |
| Bonuses | PRO, from ₽450/mo | No bonus points; there are discounts: personal, general, one-time and with an expiry date |
| ”Free Slots” | Paid plans | Free: “Free Slots” |
How it works with us: you set up a certificate in settings, the client gives the code when booking, and the balance is deducted automatically. A certificate is sold outside the app: Talenza does not accept payments. A discount is tied to a client and fills in their bookings by itself, so you don’t have to remember it. If you need a real bonus program with points and cashback, that’s DIKIDI.
Free Slots: DIKIDI has more settings
Both features do the same thing: they turn your free time into an image that you send to clients or post on social media. In DIKIDI you can pick an employee and a service, set the session length, gaps between bookings and rounding, and add your own background and logo, but, according to DIKIDI, the feature is only in the mobile app. Talenza is simpler: you choose a period (up to six months), a format — a PDF card or text for a messenger — and a color theme. The text ends with your booking link. Free times follow the booking grid and ignore service durations: whether a slot fits the service, the client sees on the booking page. If you need settings per employee, DIKIDI has more of them.
What neither we nor DIKIDI’s free plan have
Sales, payroll, finance and products are paid at DIKIDI and don’t exist in Talenza at all. If you track sales and employee payroll, look at DIKIDI’s paid plans or other services.
How to switch
DIKIDI exports the client base to CSV and Excel, and clients can be moved into Talenza from that file. The rest of the setup in Talenza — a specialization, services (standard beauty services can be chosen from the catalog with the duration already filled in, rather than typed by hand), working hours, and your own booking link — takes about 5 minutes. Clients are added from the DIKIDI export or by hand as bookings come in.
Frequently asked questions
DIKIDI and Talenza are both free — so what’s the difference?
The difference isn’t the price of entry but the product’s emphasis. DIKIDI invests heavily in its own marketplace, DIKIDI Online — a catalog of pros with public ratings, where you can get new clients. Talenza focuses on what happens after you already have your own client base: your own booking link, reminders, a portfolio, client search.
What if I already have my own base and word of mouth?
Then the difference between the services will mostly be in the interface, the details of the booking flow, and local notification channels — for example, Talenza has free reminders through a Telegram bot in addition to SMS.
Can data be transferred between DIKIDI and Talenza?
From DIKIDI to Talenza, yes: DIKIDI exports the client base to CSV and Excel, and clients can be moved from that file. Services and schedule are set up again, about 5 minutes for the basic settings.
Which of DIKIDI’s paid features are free in Talenza?
Manual sending of notifications to clients, gift certificates, discounts instead of bonus points, and Free Slots — an image of your free time to send to clients. At DIKIDI these belong to paid plans (from ₽250 a month for a solo specialist); in Talenza they are free, and only SMS reminders are paid. Talenza has no sales, payroll, finance or products.
