Why we build Talenza
I have been building SaaS products for more than ten years, and almost all of them were for companies — with departments, processes and people trained to use the system. I always wanted to build something of my own, and once I had enough experience, the team and I decided to give it a try.
We wanted to build it for people who have no departments or processes at all — independent masters. A master has their hands, a phone and clients messaging late at night asking if there is a slot tomorrow. While there are few clients, a notebook and chats are enough. Then one day a slot is forgotten, a name is mixed up, and a request is only noticed in the morning. The services that promise to fix this are usually built for salons: dozens of sections, per-staff pricing or a cut of every booking. A master who works alone does not need that.
That is why Talenza is not business-management software but a single link where clients pick a time themselves. Schedule, booking and Telegram reminders are free; you only pay for SMS, and only for messages actually sent. On the blog we write about what we have checked and calculated ourselves: what booking really costs, where clients get lost and how to make sure they show up.
