For clients to book online, a pro doesn’t need their own website: a link to a booking page is enough. In Talenza it is created automatically at registration and looks like talenza-app.ru/m/your-address: a client opens it in a browser, picks a service and a free time — no app or registration needed.
Does a pro need a separate website
A website makes sense if you have many sections, a blog and your own advertising. A solo pro’s task is simpler: show services, prices and free time so a client can book without chatting. That is exactly what a booking page does.
On it, a client sees:
- a list of services with price and duration;
- a calendar with free time;
- a portfolio, if you’ve built albums;
- the address and place of work.
Having picked a service and a time, the client books on their own. If they have been to you before, the service recognizes them by phone number and doesn’t ask for their name again.
Your own website with a booking form you’d have to maintain yourself: update the price list, make sure the free time on it matches your schedule. A booking page takes care of that — it always shows what is in your schedule.
Where to get the link
- Open the main screen and tap the “Book a client” card — a window with the link and a QR code opens.
- Tap “Share”: on a phone the system share menu opens, on a computer — buttons for Telegram, WhatsApp and SMS.
- To get the QR code image, tap “Save”.
The “Site”/“Telegram” switch chooses where the link leads: to the booking page in a browser or to the Telegram bot. Step-by-step instructions with screenshots — in the knowledge base.
How to make the address shorter
By default the address is picked automatically. You can replace it with a short, recognizable one, for example your name in Latin letters: “Settings” → “Online booking” → “Booking link” → “Change”. Latin letters, digits, an underscore and a hyphen are allowed, at least three characters.
Links you’ve already sent to clients will keep working: they redirect to the new address, and the freed address won’t be taken by anyone else.
Where to put the link
The more often a client sees the link, the less chatting before booking:
- in your profile description on Instagram (owned by Meta, which is designated an extremist organization and banned in Russia), VKontakte or Telegram;
- in a pinned message of a channel or chat;
- on a business card and a price list;
- on your website — as a regular link or a “Book” button;
- as a QR code at your workplace: a client points a camera and books the next visit.

Booking through Telegram
In “Settings” → “Online booking” there is a “Booking in Telegram” block with a link to the bot. A client who lives in Telegram books right there and gets reminders in the same chat — for free. More on how this works — in the article about booking through the Telegram bot; how reminders are connected — in the knowledge base.
Once the link is ready, set up the page it leads to: photo, “About me”, services, portfolio and address are covered in “A pro’s online booking page: how to set it up”.
Frequently asked questions
How do I make a link for online client booking? In Talenza the link is created automatically at registration. You can find it on the main screen in the “Book a client” card, and the address can be changed in the online booking settings.
Does a client need to install an app to book? No. The booking page opens in a browser by link.
Does a pro need their own website for booking clients? No. The booking page shows services, prices, free time and a portfolio, so a separate website for booking isn’t required for a solo pro.
Will the old link keep working after the address is changed? Yes. Links you’ve already sent redirect to the new address.
