Apps for tutors in 2026: schedule, booking and payment tracking
October 16, 2026
Screenshots show the Russian-language interface.
For a schedule, student booking and payment tracking, a tutor has four services with a free start: ЯРепетитор, SecRep, UrokDesk and LearnZone. Paraplan CRM is paid and built for learning centers. Talenza works if you need a schedule, booking by link and reminders, and you count payments yourself.
The search “apps for tutors” mixes two different searches. Part of the results is about the lessons themselves: interactive whiteboards, quizzes, video calls. The other part is about running the work: who has a lesson when, who owes what, and who didn’t show up. This article covers the second part. Apps for teaching the lesson are a separate topic.

ЯРепетитор
The app is built around tracking: a schedule, subscriptions, each student’s balance, a list of debtors and a “remind about payment” button. A student or parent opens a cabinet by link and sees the schedule and remaining lessons, no registration needed. There are apps for iPhone and Android, including RuStore.
The free “Start” plan covers three students. For an unlimited number of students you need “Pro” from 199 ₽ a month billed yearly (269 ₽ billed monthly). Telegram and MAX reminders arrive on the “Expert” plan from 299 ₽ a month billed yearly.
SecRep
“Tutor’s Secretary” is similar in idea: a schedule, subscriptions, payment tracking, income and expenses, homework and templates. Students can book free slots themselves, and you can accept payment through the platform. The free “Explorer” plan includes the schedule, booking, homework and payment tracking. The “Expert” plan at 499 ₽ a month adds reminders to students in Telegram and VK, subscriptions and group management.
UrokDesk
The main thing here is the online lesson: video, a shared whiteboard, homework. The schedule and payment tracking are in every plan. The free plan is limited: five active students and 600 minutes of scheduled lessons a month. “Professional” costs 990 ₽ a month or 9,900 ₽ a year. If you teach online and need a whiteboard, this is worth a look.
LearnZone
A platform for online lessons with auto-checked homework, a schedule and finances. Free covers five students, “PRO” at 450 ₽ a month fifteen, and “Premium” at 650 ₽ is unlimited. For payments it lists debts, charges per held lesson and online payments.
Paraplan CRM
A full CRM for learning centers, music and language schools. Tutoring is among its directions, but there is more here than one teacher needs: branches, staff payroll, an online cash register, a sales funnel. The “Start” plan costs 990 ₽ a month and is limited to 80 clients; the trial is ten days. If you are building a team of teachers, it is worth a look. If you work alone, it is overkill.
Talenza
Talenza is not a service for tutors but a booking service for independent professionals. Still, it fits the “lessons on a schedule” scenario if you don’t need payments and subscriptions.
What it has:
- the student books themselves from your link: picks a free time and confirms a phone number;
- recurring bookings: a weekly lesson at the same time is created once;
- group classes with a seat limit from 2 to 100;
- a free schedule by specific dates, if your week is different every time;
- several places of work, each with its own schedule;
- notes in the student’s card and a history of bookings;
- Telegram reminders for free, SMS at 10 ₽ per message sent.
What it doesn’t have: payment tracking, subscriptions, student balance, homework and an online whiteboard. If you need those, take a service from the list above.
Talenza’s base plan is free forever, with no limit on the number of bookings. More about it for your profession is on the page “Online booking for a tutor”.
What it costs for a year with twelve students
Calculated at website prices on 15 October 2026, without discounts for longer payment unless stated.
| Service | Required plan | Per year |
|---|---|---|
| ЯРепетитор | ”Pro” (more than three students) | 2,390 ₽ billed yearly, 3,228 ₽ monthly |
| ЯРепетитор | ”Expert” (with reminders) | 3,590 ₽ yearly, 4,788 ₽ monthly |
| SecRep | ”Expert” (with reminders) | 5,988 ₽ |
| UrokDesk | ”Professional” (more than five students) | 9,900 ₽ billed yearly |
| LearnZone | ”PRO” (up to fifteen students) | 5,400 ₽ |
| Paraplan CRM | ”Start” | 11,880 ₽ |
| Talenza | base | 0 ₽, plus SMS at 10 ₽ |
In Talenza the only expense is SMS reminders; through Telegram they go out for free. The difference between the services in this table isn’t the subscription price, it is whether the program takes on payments.
How to choose in three questions
Do you need payment tracking? If you keep subscriptions and count debtors, you need ЯРепетитор, SecRep or UrokDesk. If payments happen outside the program, you can skip this point.
Do you need a whiteboard and video? Then UrokDesk or LearnZone. All other services in the list are about organisation, not the lesson.
How many students do you have, and how many will you have in six months? Free plans are limited to three to five students, then a subscription begins. Talenza has no limit on bookings, but it doesn’t count payments either.
If you are choosing not only for tutoring but for booking for any independent professional, see the comparison of booking apps and the yearly cost calculation.
FAQ
Which app should a tutor choose for scheduling and payment tracking? If you need subscriptions, student balances and payment reminders, look at ЯРепетитор, SecRep and UrokDesk: all three have a free start. If you track payments yourself and only need a schedule, booking by link and reminders, Talenza is enough.
Are there free programs for a tutor? Yes. ЯРепетитор has a free plan for three students, UrokDesk and LearnZone for five, SecRep has a free “Explorer” plan, and Talenza is free with no limit on the number of bookings. Terms change, so check them on the service’s website.
Does a tutor need a CRM built for a learning center? Usually not. CRMs like Paraplan are built for centers with branches, staff and an online cash register, and start at 990 ₽ a month. A tutor who works alone is fine with a schedule, booking and lesson tracking.
Can a student book a lesson on their own? In Talenza, yes: the student opens your link, picks a free time and confirms their phone number. ЯРепетитор has a link to your availability calendar for this, and SecRep lets students book free slots.
Can Talenza accept payment for lessons? No. Talenza has no online payments, subscriptions or student balance: the app handles the schedule and booking. If you need payment tracking, choose a specialised service from the list.
